Richard L. Rodgers, DDS
Originally from the St Louis area, Dr. Rodgers’ family moved to Atlanta when he was 10 years old. He grew up attending Shallowford Elementary and Dunwoody High School. At an early age he began thinking of dentistry as a profession. After receiving a good deal of encouragement and completing a couple of science projects concerning teeth, he decided to follow the educational pathway that would lead him to becoming a dentist.
Dr. Rodgers attended Vanderbilt University for his undergraduate studies and finished with a degree in Molecular Biology and Mathematics. He was fortunate to get accepted by Emory University School of Dentistry after only three years at Vanderbilt. Volunteering his time and skills has been an aspect of Dr. Rodgers life for many years, beginning with volunteer work at Vanderbilt Hospital up through 26 years of service with Atlanta’s Ben Massell Dental Clinic. Since 2005 he has worked as a volunteer dentist for the humanitarian organization ServeHaiti to improve the lives of the people in Gran Bois, Haiti.
In his spare time, Dr. Rodgers enjoys acting in amateur theatrical productions. Although he has not been able to be involved in as many as he would like, he still keeps an eye out for an opportunity to meet new friends and entertain people.
Neelam Shah, DDS
Dr. Shah grew up in a small town and graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2017. Changing peoples smiles and making them more comfortable in the dental chair is what she strives to achieve. She believes it is always important to listen to a patients needs to help them get the outcomes they want. Outside of work, Dr. Shah likes to try new restaurants, watch movies, paint, and travel with her husband.
Connor Shelton, DDS
Dr. Shelton is a general dentist who grew up in North Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 2018 with a degree in Accounting and Biology. Following graduation, Dr. Shelton completed a year of service with AmeriCorps in Alamosa, Colorado. In 2019 Dr. Shelton began dental school at the University of Tennessee, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2023. After graduation, Dr. Shelton pursued and completed a residency in General Dentistry in Atlanta, GA at Grady Hospital.
Dr. Shelton enjoys providing comprehensive care in a patient centered environment, where an emphasis is placed on treating patients like family. In his free time, Dr. Shelton loves to spend time with his wife, Linsey, along with travelling, watching sports (huge Alabama fan), and running.Dr-Shelton
